Kids Christmas Table/12 Days of Christmas

Oh My Gosh, today is day ten in the 12 Days of Christmas blog hop. I can't believe there is only two days left and I have so many ideas swimming around in my head. If you just popped in to see me you'll want to start at the beginning of the hop with Sylvia at Bella Scrapbook Designs. If you arrived here from my friend Gaby's blog - Gaby Creates you are on the right track.

I wanted to show you a few cute ideas for a childrens table at Christmas dinner or for a childrens Christmas Party. I set this table up for my two grandchildren.

For the snowman drink, I started with a clean jar (I used an empty starbucks frappucino drink).
I cut the scarf out of felt and glued the scarf and three buttons on the jar with my hot glue gun. For the head I used small powdered donuts which I added faces to with cake decorating gel writers. The straws are from the dollar store and simply slip through the donut and hold his head in place!

The treat bag toppers were made with the labels nestabilities by Spellbinder. I stamped white snowflakes randomly on the kraft label. I stamped the Rudolph and punched him out with a circle punch and matted him with two more circles. He has a rhinestone nose. Inside the cellophane bag is 8 malted milk balls and a chocolate cherry for all the reindeers noses.

Here they are together on the table:

I also found this cute, free, printable letter to Santa at Disney family.com

Supplies used: cardstock - red, kraft; stamps - reindeer by Craft Smart and snowflake by Inkadinkado; Ink - white by A la Mode and brown by Inkadinkado; cellophane bags - Michael's; rhinestones - Kaiser Craft; felt and buttons - my stash; Letter to Santa - Disney Family

I will have a blog prize at the end of this 12 Days of Christmas blog hop. All you have to do to be entered in the drawing is to be a follower and to leave a comment. If you leave a comment on each day you will be entered in the drawing one time for each comment, so you can have up to 12 entries in the drawing.

Now you are off to see what Monica at Simply Cricutting has created!!!!

What kid would not want to sit at that table? I remember growing up and it was the "dreaded" table. This is so much fun. Love the snowman donut idea.
