Die Cuttin' Divas Halloween Project Challenge

I had a wonderful time Saturday evening at my annual Halloween party!!!

I used the letter "P", from our last name, as my theme for this year. I was dressed as A Pink Lady from Grease and my husband was a Proctologist (Hehehe).
We served a Deadly Pumpkin Martini and a Poison Carmel Apple Martini as our drinks. We played a couple games, enjoyed munching on some great food and all around had a great time with our friends and family!!!

This week over at Die Cuttin' Divas we are looking forward to Halloween on Friday and asking you to create a Halloween Project.

Our sponsor for this weeks challenge is Cricut Vinyl Supplies and you have a chance to win a $10-20 store credit!!!

For my project I decided to use some vinyl, a shadowbox frame and scrapbook paper to create a wall decor item for my home. I found this phrase at the Silhouette Store and knew it was for me as Halloween is my favorite holiday.

Supplies used:  shadowbox frame - Michaels; vinyl in black and orange glitter; scrapbook paper - My Minds Eye; Pop Dots; Silhouette Studio cut file

Die Cuttin' Divas Orange, Purple and One Other Color Challenge

We are getting into October over at Die Cuttin' Divas this week and challenging you to come up with a project using purple, orange and one other color!

Our sponsor for this weeks challenge is Flourish With A Bling and you have a chance to win a $15 gift certificate!!!!

Well, these colors sounded like Halloween to me!!

I found these darling lantern cut files at the Silhouette Store and went about making some fun Halloween decor.

I used Design #49664 - box haunted house tent box and #49786 - box haunted cemetery to create my lanterns.

Black was my obvious choice for the third color, and I used orange and purple vellum for the windows of the lanterns.

They look super cool with little, battery operated, tea lights in them

Supplies used: card stock - black; vellum - orange, purple; off white;ribbon - Michaels; tea lights - Michaels; Silhouette Studio cut files.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.
