#1 Teacher

Well, it's Friday and I'm happy that the weekend is going to be starting! Hopefully I'll get in lots of crafting!

Today I have a little Teachers Gift that I'd like to enter into several challenges, Celebrate The Occasion challenge #25, this week's theme "BACK to SCHOOL"; My Sheri Crafts challenge #66 - Back To School; Whimsical Wednesday create any project related to school, no cards this week please and Chatterscene the theme is School Time, any kind of school related project will qualify.

I decorated a clear pail with stickers and transparent ribbon as I wanted the receiver of the gift to get a peek at what's inside therefore I didn't want to totally cover it up (otherwise why use a transparent pail?). I glued school themed paper to the bottom and top of the pail. Added a pail topper stamped image to the top and some pretty ribbon to the handle. This inside has some goodies for the teacher which I found at the dollar store (post-it notes, motivational stickers, 2 rubber stamps and some crayons) I think it makes a fun, inexpensive, welcome to the new school year gift!

Close up of the top:

Pic of the back:

Supplies used: Paint can and pail topper stamp - Stampendous; cardstock - red; patterned papers - Pebbles; stickers - School by Pebbles; School Days Transparency Ribbonz by Junkitz; farbic sticker - School Days by American Traditional Designs; ribbon - Back To School Twillz by Junkitz and misc. from my stash; goodies for the teacher - Dollar Store

Have a super weekend!!
