CTO - Challenge #28

Well, Tuesday has rolled around again and it's time for another challenge over at Celebrate The Occasion! This week we have a sketch for you to try. I hope you will join me and take a hand at designing a card with our sketch. We'd love to see your creation!

Supplies used: cardstock - black, red; patterned papers - Newsprint & Apron Strings from For The Record by Echo Park Paper Co,; Lacy Circles Nestabilities by Spellbinders; 1 1/2" circle punch by EK Success; stamp - Wishes All Around by Fiskars; ink - Jet Black Archival Ink; Elegance Pillow Stickers by K & Co.; red satin ribbon - Michael's; rhinestones - Kaiser Craft; edge distresser - Heidi Swapp; sewing machine; Pop Dots
