Auction of Breast Cancer Embellished Printers Tray for LUFP

I was honored when Gaby asked me to be a guest designer for Link Up For Pink. I knew I wanted to do something extra special because this is a cause that is very dear to my heart. You see I am a breast cancer survivor myself. It has been 9 years this July since I was diagnosed. I underwent surgery, chemotherapy and took the drug Tamoxifen for 5 years.  Breast Cancer is very scary and it will strike one out of every nine women! Not very good statistics. I urge you to get your yearly mammograms and do a self exam once a month (I found my lump doing a self exam). If you are so inclined, make a donation to Susan G Komen Foundation by doing this you help those ladies suffering from cancer as well as funding the research to find a cure!

Please join Gaby, Celeste and Yolie at Link Up For Pink with your pink creation!!!
Here is my project:

Supplies used: printers tray - 7 Gypsies; cardstock - pink; patterned papers - Special, Unique and Gifted from Uncommon by Authentique, Hazel "Lovely" Adorned in Stella and Rose by My Minds Eye, "Never Enough" All Together Alpha paper in So Sophie by My Minds Eye; Bird Cage Die Cut - QuickCuts; Heart punches - Martha Stewart and Fiskars; love teensy tag - Imaginisce; border punches - Martha Stewart and EK Success; butterfly cut from Indie Art Cricut cartridge; sterling silver stick pin, findings, ribbon charm and believe heart charm from my jewelry making stash; Swarokski crystal bead, glass bead and pink gem stone from my jewelry making stash; Be Strong quote - soft spoken by Me & My Big Ideas; other phrases and tags - Tabloids, Noteables and Excerpts two sided elements all from Authentique; Lacey Label Circle and Label One Square die cuts - Nestabilities by Spellbinders; ribbon rose - Making Memories; Satin Ribbon - Michael's; flowers - Prima, Petaloo, Recollections, Moxie; pearls - Kaiser Craft; metal corner - my stash: Pop Dots

I'd like to auction off this printers tray and donate all the proceeds to the Susan G. Komen foundation. If you'd like to place a bid and help out the cause you may do so either in the comments at the end of this post or contact me (the bar is at the top right hand side of my blog). I will close the auction on Oct. 15th! Good luck and Thank you!
