Do All Things With Love

I decided I needed to get back to participating in some challenges. I feel like I need to stretch my creativity.

There is a sketch challenge going on right now at Sunday Stamps and it looked like a fun sketch to play along with.

I've been working on a few faith based cards recently and thought this sketch would make a cute and simple card. I recently purchased a sticker sheet called "Faith" by Simple Stories. and chose to work around the "Do All Things With Love" sticker.

The papers I chose were from a new 6X6 pad i just purchased called "Just Be You" by Echo Park.
There are so many fun papers in this pack. I seriously have almost used the whole pad up!

Some twine and a sprinkle of sequins and my simple little card is complete.

Supplies Used: cardstock - white; patterned papers in Just Be You by Echo Park; Stickers in Faith by Simple Stories; sequins from JoAnns; Twine by May Arts.

So glad you could pop by!

Cards from SSS April Card Kit

I'm still having fun with my card kit from Simon Says Stamp .

So much fun goodies in this kit - papers, stickers and epoxy clips from Simple Stories along with a great stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.

I thought I would share just a couple more cards I made in their Card Gallery.

I went pretty simple with this card using the black and schoolhouse red card stock and one of the patterned papers for the basic card.

The sentiment was fussy cut from another piece of patterned paper. The pattern papers included in the kit are from Simple Stories - Life In Color.

I also used a couple of the banner stickers.

The bright yellow flower was die cut from a set I purchased from Stampin' Up

Supplies Used - card stock - black, red, yellow; patterned papers, banner stickers - from SSS card kit; Botanical Blooms dies from Stampin' Up.

For my second card I used two of the patterned papers from the kit.

The border punch I used was from Martha Stewart.

Happy Life Card from SSS Card Kit

I recently received my new card kit from Simon Says Stamp and just had to sit down and play.

So much fun goodies in this kit - papers, stickers and epoxy clips from Simple Stories along with a great stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.

I thought I'd share a card I made in their Card Gallery.

I loved the sentiment, "Snapshots Of A Happy Life"  on one of the papers included in the kit and wanted it to be the focus of my card.

I chose three images from another piece of the paper that had photos of things that made me happy - balloons, coffee and books. I fussy cut them and popped them in a filmstrip die cut.

I added a few banner stickers which were also included in the card kit.

Just a few enamel dots for fun and my card was done!

Supplies Used - card stock - white, black; patterned papers, banner stickers - Simple Stories from SSS card kit; film strip die cut - Silhouette; enamel dots - Prima
