Die Cuttin' Divas Happy Birthday Challenge

Well, at my house we have major remodel going on.

We've ripped out carpet, tile, and baseboard. Removed curtains, blinds, etc. removed the old mantel and gas stove. Now we are ready to paint!

Can't wait until everything is done and my house is back in order.

It's Tuesday and it is time for a new challenge. I hope to see you playing along with us.

Our challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas this week is Happy Birthday.

.

For my card I grabbed a stamp and die set by Mama Elephant.

I also used a stitched hillside die by Lawn Fawn and a stitched rectangle die by Simon Says Stamp.

I cut my "Celebrate" sentiment out of vinyl using a Silhouette Studio cut file.

To mimic the polka dot pattern paper in the background I added a spattering of enamel dots by Doodlebug.

Supplies used: card stock - white; patterned papers by Recollections; vinyl; stamps and dies from Mama Elephant; Dies from Simon Says Stamp and Lawn Fawn; Silhouette Studio cut file; Enamel dots by Doodlebug; Copic Markers; Pop Dots.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.

Hope to see you playing along with us!!!!

Die Cuttin' Divas Polka Dot Challenge

We are coming up on Memorial Day weekend! Does anyone have any special plans?

It's Tuesday and time for a new challenge over at  Die Cuttin' Divas

This week we are seeing dots, polka dots that is!

.

I created a card by cutting out polka dots using polka dot paper. A pretty, big yellow daisy was cut with a Silhouette Studio cut file and another polka dot for the center of the flower.

The sentiment is a stamp from a SSS Stamptember set by Mama Elephant called Skater Kids.
I filled in the "Birthday" letters with a glitter pen.

Supplies used: card stock -white, grey, 2 shades of yellow; patterned paper by Lawn Fawn; stamps - Mama Elephant; cut file - Silhouette Studio, ink - Archival; rhinestone - Kaiser Craft; Glitter pen; circle hole punch - EK Success.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.

Hope to see you playing along with us!!!!

Die Cuttin' Divas Kids Challenge

Sweethearts day is over, as well as the three day weekend. Hope everyone had a chance to do something fun.

Since it is Tuesday, we have a new challenge for you over at Die Cuttin' Divas.

This week we are thinking about the youngsters. Our theme is Kids!

.

For this challenge I pulled out a stamp and die set I purchased in September. It was a Stamptember exclusive by Mama Elephant for Simon Says Stamp called Skater Kids.

I also used some dies by Lawn Fawn - stitched hillside borders for the skate ramp and spring showers for the sun and clouds.
