Die Cuttin' Divas Anything Goes Challenge

I can hardly believe it is the last day of January! It seemed to just fly by.

Today is my grandson's 9th birthday! Looking forward to helping him celebrate tonight.

Happy Birthday Jeff!

Since it's Tuesday it is time for a new challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas

This week our challenge is Anything Goes, so your creativity has free reign :)

.

I thought I would share the lollipop treat holders I made for my grandsons to give to his classmates on Valentines Day.

I cut 24 of them out using a cut file called Kawaii Shovel Lollipop Cover by SVG Cutting Files.

I created the sentiment on my computer using the font LDJ Lefthand Jam. The back of the sentiment tag has my grandsons name.

They each have a Tootsie Roll Pop inside.

My grandson loves them, hope his classmates do too!

Supplies used: Card stock - white, black, kraft, red, pink; cut file - SVG Cutting Files; black twine from May Arts; font - LDJ Lefthand Jam; white pen.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.

Hope to see you playing along with us!!!!

Die Cuttin' Divas 3D Challenge

Tuesday has rolled around again and we have a new challenge for you over at Die Cuttin' Divas.

We want you to stretch your creativity past one dimension.

Our challenge this week over at  Die Cuttin' Divas  is 3D

.

I am using a cutting file from The Cutting Cafe who is our sponsor this week.

I had braces when I was young and remember anxiously awaiting the day I would get them removed.

I couldn't wait to have my pearly white smile back again.

I decided to take this cute calendar file and make a countdown calendar for the day you get your braces off :)

The smile with braces and the teeth are cutting files from Silhouette Studio and the sentiment is from SVG Cutting Files.

Supplies used: card stock - 2 shades of blue, red, black, white, silver; patterned papers - Lawn Fawn; cutting files - The Cutting Cafe, SVG Cutting Files and Silhouette Studio; Cuttin' Up Cricut cartridge.

Die Cuttin' Divas Ants or Picnic Challenge

Summer has us doing so many activities outside and one of my favorite activities is to pack a picnic and eat at a park.

Of course you do have to put up with a few pesky bugs and flying insects.

The bug that always seems to go hand in hand with your picnic is the little ant.

Our challenge this week over at  Die Cuttin' Divas  is Ants or Picnic

.

I found this darling card, that combines the two, over at SVG Cutting Files. It is called Ant Picnic Basket Card and you can purchase it here.

I think this ant, with his big eyes, is just to cute!

I was able to use scraps from my stash for all the patterned paper cuts.

Supplies used: card stock - black, grey, white, green, brown; patterned papers were all scraps from my stash; stamps by Stampendous; ink - Archival Black, twine by May Arts

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.

This week our challenge is mystery/detective!!

I found this cute detective cut file over at SVG Cutting Files.  It's called Chibi Detective Sleuth and you can get it here.

I created the sentiment on my computer.
