I just cut out the banner from the Love Me accessories sheet by My Minds Eye, glued it to some kraft cardstock and stamped it with a $1 stamp from Michael's. Easy, Peasy and done in a jiffy :)
Supplies used: cardstock - kraft; patterned paper - accessories sheet in Love Me by My Minds Eye; stamp - Michaels; ink - festive berries distress ink by Tim Holtz.
