Die Cuttin' Divas Rainbow Challenge

I'm sharing the last of my St. Patricks Day creations for this year

I thought this weeks challenge was perfect for some treat boxes I needed to make for my daughters second grade class. She is a first year teacher at Coral Academy Elementary School.

The challenge for this week over at Die Cuttin' Divas is "Rainbows"

I picked a cute cut file over at the Silhouette store called POT OF GOLD AND RAINBOW BOX, which you can purchase here.

Cute little boxes and the perfect size for some sweet treats!

Supplies used: Card stock - white, black, green, red, orange, yellow, blue, purple, gold foil, twine by Lawn Fawn; Silhouette cut file.

Cut It Up "Think Green" Challenge

Spring is getting closer and closer!!

We set our clocks for daylight savings time this weekend. Kind of good and bad, right? We lose that hour of sleep but we gain that sunshine in the evening.

TGIF and time for a new challenge over at Cut It Up!

This week our challenge over at Cut It Up is "Think Green".  Use THREE shades of GREEN on your project.Remember you must include a die cut.

Our sponsor for this weeks challenge is Heartfelt Creations and the prize is a $20 gift certificate to their store.

Now on to my creation:

I used a cut file from Silhouette Studio to create my treat box.

It is called CLOVER PILLOW BOX which you can purchase here,

I made twenty four of these for my grandsons classroom and filled them with the chocolate foil wrapped coins you see in the picture.

Supplies Used: card stock - 3 shades of green; cut file by Silhouette Studio; gold coin candy - World Market.

I can't wait to see your creation so pop on over to the Cut It Up blog and join us in the fun!

Die Cuttin' Divas Ribbons or Bows Challenge

I can hardly believe that it is March tomorrow! Do you know in a couple weeks we are back to daylight savings time again?

So looking forward to Spring this year. Bring it on!

It is Tuesday again and time for a new challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas.

This week our challenge is "Ribbons or Bows".

.

For my project I decided to create little bags to hold a treat in them for my granddaughters class for St. Patricks Day.

I chose a cut file from Silhouette called Shamrock Bag which you can purchase here.

I made 35 of these little bags!

I filled them with, you guessed it, foil covered chocolate coins. Perfect candy treat for St. Patricks Day, right?

Supplies used: Card stock - 2 shades of green; pattern paper from the Emerald collection by Authentique: cut file from the Silhouette Store
