Pinterest Inspired Halloween Card and "Pinterest Inspired" Challenge

I hope everyone has a wild and wacky Wednesday! Do one thing fun today to add a little spark to the middle of the week!!!

Today I am sharing a Pinterest inspired Halloween card. I saw the following absolutely adorable card by Lisa of Poppy Paperie on Pinterest, as I was doing my nightly browsing. I loved the simple layout with the little windows. I pinned it immediately, thinking of the many possibilities.

This weekend I decided to whip up a card using this fantastic design. I thought it would make a darling Halloween card with some cute little monsters peeking out of the windows. I inked up some stamps I purchased at Michaels and colored them with my Copics. I mimicked her paper with some flocked harlequin paper by My Minds Eye. 

Supplies used: card stock - kraft, white; patterned paper - Harlequin in Haunted by My Minds Eye; stamps - Penny Black and Craftsmart; ink - Tuxedo Black by Memento; Copic markers; twine - my stash; Pop Dots

A fun, clean and simple, card design with so much potential.
