Whimsical Designs Blog Hop

Hi everyone and welcome to the Whimsical Design Teams "Love" Blog Hop!!!!!

If you've arrived here from Ashley's blog Made Especially For You then you are right on track, but if you just came by for a visit you'll want to go start at the beginning of the hop Whimsical Designs  because there are so many wonderful creations that the design team has come up with along with some great prizes you can win!!!!!!

We have 3 sponsors!!!!!

Stamp N Doodle - you can win 2 digis of your choice

Beccy's Place - you can win 3 digis of your choice

Miss Kate Cuttables - you can win a $20 gift certificate

Fantastic prizes!!!!!!!!

The theme of our hop is LOVE!

For my creation I made a Lollipop Garden using an SVG file from SVG Cuts that was part of the "For My Valentine" kit.

For my little gift tag I used a sentiment from Stephanie's Whimsical Fun Vol. 1 which you can purchase here. This set has a great assortment of fun sentiments for lots of occasions!!!

Without further ado here is my project:

Before glueing the box that holds the lollipops together I added a square of florists foam for added stability and to poke the lollipops into, otherwise they wanted to flop over.

On the outer, horizontal fence rails, I used pop dots for dimension.

Along with the banner, XOXO and the little bird that came with the cut file I added a couple of border punched strips of patterned paper, my little tag, some twine and a button.

Supplies used: lollipop garden cut files from SVG Cuts; card stock - white, bue; patterned papers - Delight, Thrilled, Chirpy, Cloud Nine, Glad and Tickled Pink in Happy Go Lucky by Pebbles; twine - My Minds Eye; ribbon - American Crafts; border punch - EK Success; stamp from Whimsical Fun Vol. 1 by Whimsical Designs; ink - Tuxedo Black by Memento; button - Recollections; floral foam - Michaels; Pop Dots.

I have a little blog candy you can win!

To qualify for a chance to win you must be a follower of my blog and leave a comment on this post.
