Wishing You A "Wheely" Happy Birthday

I recently received the pinwheels2stamp set from The Stamps Of Life and wanted to ink it up, so I used it to make a card for this weeks challenge over at Dynamic Duos.

I fussy cut the pinwheel and attached it to a cake pop stick with a pin. I had poked a hole all the way through the cake pop stick, pushed the pin through the pinwheel and the cake pop stick and the bent the tip with a pair of pliers. I covered the head of the pin with a metal adhesive accent .
This enables my little pinwheel to actually spin!

Supplies used: card stock - white, yellow, green; patterned papers - Easy Peasy from Peachy Keen by American Crafts and a scrap from my stash; stamps - Pinwheels2stamp by The Stamps of Life; ink - Tuxedo Black by Memento; Spellbinders Nestabilities A2 matting basics; candy stick; pin; metal adhesive accent - Heidi Grace; twine - Liz's Paper Loft Boutique; corner rounder - Fiskars; Pop Dots.

Please stop by the blog tomorrow for our first Whimsical Wednesday challenge!!!!!
