Whimsical Wednesday "Anything Goes" Challenge

I am so excited, Whimsical Wednesday has begun again and today is our first challenge!!!

For my project this week I've made a card with a window and mini blinds!!

I used papers from Pebbles, the penguin is from postage2stamp by The Stamps of Life, the snowman is from Warm Hearts by Paper Smooches and the sentiment is from Snow Much Fun by our own Stephanie of Whimsical Designs and you can purchase it here.
