Time Goes By

Wow, It's almost the weekend!

This week seems to have flown by, but then again doesn't every week?

I'd like to share a card I made for Operation Write Home.

The clock is a Silhouette Studio cut file.

If you are using a dark colored cardstock for your OWH card, they like you to insert a piece of white paper so that the servicemen have a space to write, as they don't have pens that will show up on black or dark colored paper.

Supplies used: cardstock - blue, red, black, white; patterned papers - Chill in About A Boy by Fancy Pants and Basic Clocks by Glitz; Silhouette Studio; border punch - Fiskars; heart punch - Martha Stewart; font - Menlo

  1. Esther ~ I LOVE the card! PERFECT sentiment! I need to look into the OWH project! My cards seem to be mounting as we speak! Also I can't imagine the soldiers have a white Sakura pen~ So that is a very CLEVER idea to make sure you use a white base on something dark! As always LOVE it!

  5. Nicely done. I was in suspense until I scrolled down and read the inside sentiment. I was trying to figure out when life goes by slowly because it sure seems to be flying by!
