Princess Bear Birthday-CTO #24

Hi everyone, today is my first post as a design team member for Celebrate The Occasion!!
The theme this week is Kid's Birthday. This theme worked out perfect for me because it was my grandaughters first birthday and my daughter had asked me to make a banner and some treat bags.
Her theme was princess bear.

I cut the banner with the Celebrations Cricut cartridge. The pink pieces were cut at 7" and the yellow were cut at 5 3/4". The hearts were cut with the Sweethearts cartridge at 3 3/4". The letters were cut out with the Storybook cartridge on pink glitter paper at 2 1/2". The bear was cut with Create a Critter cartridge at 2 3/4" and her dress was cut with Once Upon a Princess at 4 3/4". The Happy Birthday was also cut with Once Upon a Princess at 2 1/2".

For the treat sacks my daughter asked me to make them similar to my "Hot Diggity Dog" bags I made when I tried out for the design team. I used regular lunch bags and again cut out bears with Create A Critter cartridge. The dresses were again cut with Once Upon A Princess and the jackets were cut with Paper Doll dress Up. We wanted to have both princesses and princes as there would be boys and girls.

Here is a picture of the princess bear cake my daughter made:

All in all my little princess had a really cute birthday party!

Thanks for taking a peek, please join us at Celebrate The Occasion and show us your childrens birthday creation!!!!!
