Die Cuttin' Divas Shaped Card Challenge

Wow, we have Thanksgiving in only two days and that means Christmas is right around the corner!!!

I don't know about you, but I haven't even begun to think about Christmas. I guess I better get a fire lit, LOL.

Well this week over at Die Cuttin' Divas our challenge is to make a shaped card.

Our sponsor for this weeks challenge is Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps!!

For my project I created a Christmas Stocking shaped card with a cute little snowman peeking out of the top.

The snowman is from Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps. It is from the Snow Signs set which you can purchase here.

I used design #51619 by Snapdragon Snippets, from the Silhouette Design Store. for the card base.

Supplies used: card stock - white glitter; patterned paper by SEI; twine tag and jingle bells - my stash; Silhouette Studio cut file; digital image - Stitchy Bear; Copic Markers.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.

At each stop of the hop we hope you will be inspired by the creativity of the design teams of SVG Attic and Snapdragon Snippets. You are sure to find many wonderful projects that will be at the top of your crafting lists! If you happened across this post out of order, please head to the SVG Attic blog to start at the beginning of the hop.

Here is the project I created for this hop:

I used the Igloo 3D box with flag pole and 3D Penguin,  both by Snapdragon Snippets, to create my little winter scene.

The 3D penguin couldn't be any easier to put together and isn't he adorable!!!!!

I had so much fun creating the igloo and was super happy to find this iridescent paper which makes the perfect ice blocks. Good ole Hobby Lobby!
