Whats Cookin'?

They have some fun sketches to play with over at Bean Talk!

I chose to play with the first one:

I used papers and die cuts from her darling line - Fresh Vegetable Soup to create my card. A little stitching to add some whimsy.

Supplies used: card stock - kraft; patterned papers - Chicken Base and Bite Size Bits from Fresh Vegetable Soup by Jillibean Soup; die cuts - Pea Pods in Fresh Vegetable Soup by Jillibean; flower chipboard - Sweetwater; brads - Queen & Co.; staples - Making Memories; sewing machine

Dad

I really had fun this weekend coming up with some cards for a few of my favorite challenges!

This card is for two challenges.

Over at Less Is More

This week our theme is one for the chaps!
SO we'd like to see a
MASCULINE
card.
Any aged chap will do as long as the card is for the male gender!

And over at The Paper Players

For my card I did a little splattering with some Faded Jeans Distress Stain. My stars are a cut file from Silhouette Studio and my sentiment is a die from Lil Inker Designs.

Supplies used: card stock - white, blue, shiny gold, black; patterned paper - Navy Salt in Soup Staples by Jillibean Soup; die - Lil Inker Designs; Silhouette Studio cut file; ink - Faded Jeans Distress Stain by Tim Holtz for Ranger; Pop Dots

Take Life One Cup At A Time

I wanted to play in a couple of challenges.

First was over at Dynamic Duos, loved the simple black and yellow color combo this week.

And the other challenge was over at Addicted To CAS!

I went for just a clean and crisp look with this card. I saw this sentiment on Pinterest and decided to create it for my card in my Print Shop program. The cute little cup is from Cyber Cafe by Paper Smooches.

Supplies used: card stock - white, yellow; patterned paper - Depot Park in Hometown by October Afternoon; stamps - Cyber Cafe by Paper Smooches; ink - Tuxedo Black by Memento; font - Signature; pearls - Kaiser Craft; Pop Dots.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!!!

Cheers!

There is a new challenge today over at Paper Smooches!

I saw this sketch at Freshly Made Sketches and I knew immediately what I wanted to do!!

I found the perfect cut file for my Cameo over at the Silhouette Studio and I pulled out a couple of stamp sets and dies by Paper Smooches.

Here is what I came up with:

For my little martini glass I used a "Write On" transparency from Staples which I stamped with StazOn ink and then cut out with the die. The little olive was stamped on white card stock so that I could use it to hide the pop dot.

Supplies used: card stock - white, two shades of green, red; transparency - Staples; stamps - Free Spirits and Birthday Sampler by Paper Smooches; die - Free Spirits by Paper Smooches; ink - Tuxedo Black by Memento and Jet Black by StazOn; Silhouette Studio cut file; twine - American Crafts; Toothpick; Pop Dots
